super meh!
i forgot to post my review of superman returns
yeah it was that forgetable

they look just like wax statues they kindof acted like this in the
movie too which i really didn't hate or dislike so much as i thought i
would... it just left me pooped because it was waaay to long and just
so gimmicky here are my pet peeves in no particular order:
fault #1 poor casting ie k-bos as lois lane

just because you dye her hair brown and you put her in a suit... does
not mean i can actually suspend my disbelief and think that somehow
k-bos is a pulitzer prize winning journalist... sorry i just can't see
it. does she even give the impression of someone that reads
newspapers?... eh no!

gah get this bitch to eat something! eww!
fault#2 lack of dialogue/acting

he's so pretty to look at, does he say more than like 15 minutes of
dialogue in a nearly 3 hr movie... un a little, but only at the very
very end, when you're dying to go to the loo because you've had a large
soda and no amount of salty water retaining popcorn can hold back your
need to hit the loo!

oh and that funny kal penn is in the movie... kumar from harold and
kumar or the indo/paki guy from van wilder. he doesnt have any dialogue
either
fault#3 lack of continuity with original superman movies and too many special effects!
bryan singer, his first x-men left met almost the same as this movie.
but at least we had real actors in that movie patrick stewart and sir
ian mckellen
bryan singer chose the cast, poorly just like in the first x-men. with
the exception of the few well cast characters, ie magneto, prof. x and
wolverine, even though you're used to it you know you wished he cast
storm, jean grey, cyclops and rogue better!!!

and now he picked k-bos and brandon routh, who knows how this will turn
out in the sequel! kevin spacey as lex luthor, not too bad, the kid as
jimmy olsen ok, frank lagella as perry white... meh i'll get used to it.
rather anti-climactic through out like you would think superman back
after being gone for years... people should be more excited. know its
like oh there's superman he's been gone for a while. now he's back and
insert crickets chirping...
there's special effects, a ginormous set for the daily planet, the
fortress of solitude lots and lots and lots of floating and cape
billowing... trying to get batman a run for his cape/cowl money!

tights and capes = not teh ghey!
